Operating sequence
- 01Create course and trainer
Define reusable learning content and delivery resource.
- 02Plan a session
Use PLANNED while arranging; OPEN while accepting participants.
- 03Approve participants
Do not exceed capacity without an authorised decision.
- 04Close outcomes
Record attendance, completion, result and certificate before marking COMPLETED.
Why keep the detail
The participant history supports compliance training, skill matrices, certificate-expiry follow-up and appraisal evidence. Cancel a session rather than deleting an event that already contains participant history.
